Noam Zitzman currently heads the Department of Strategic Studies at Verint. Prior to that, he served as a senior researcher at the Center for Political Research at the State Department. He has a master’s degree from the University of Haifa, where the subject of his research dealt with the reflection of the Egyptian woman in advertisements between the years 1965-1985. In early 2017, he published (with Naama Aviad) the book “Soundtrack of Revolutions: The Songs That Accompanied the Regional Turbulences, 2010-2015”.

Noam’s field of research and writing in the field of regional thinking is popular culture and young discourse in the Middle East, with an emphasis on Egypt and the Gulf states.
