A feminist, socialist and environmental activist and director in non-governmental organizations. I joined The Forum for Regional Thinking as the director in February 2017.
I have BA and MA in political science and gender studies from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and currently a MA student in Tourism planning and development at the department of geography, University of Haifa.
I have started my career of activism in The Unit of Social Involvement in The Hebrew Uni., as coordinator of women empowerment program, Jewish-Arab empowerment program and program for overseas students (2000 – 2004). Then I moved to The Association for Civil Rights in Israel, as the coordinator of the International Humanitarian Law program, raising awareness to the violation of the Israeli occupation in the Palestinian Occupied Territories (2004 – 2009).
My next step was the executive director of The Public Health Coalition, promoting environmental health throughout Israel and Haifa Bay Area (2009 – 2013). Afterwards I was the director of a feminist coalition "Shutafot", promoting economic justice for women, and worked in Isha L'Isha – Haifa feminist center as coordinator (2013 – 2016).
I was board member in Heshel (sustainability center), Itach-Maacki (women lawyers for social justice) and volunteer in the hotline for rape victims in Jerusalem.
I Live in Zichron Yaacov, was born in Haifa and lived in Kibbutz Sha'ar Hagolan and Jerusalem.
