Ayala is a writer and editor. She graduated from the Amirim Honors Program for Outstanding Students at the Hebrew University and holds a B.A. in communications and media studies. She wrote and edited for Ha’aretz and City Mouse for six years. In 2013, she was parliamentary assistant to Meretz MK Michal Rozin. In her most recent position, she managed the public outreach department at Assaf – Aid Organization for Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Israel.
