Research Associate
Dr. Or Avi-Guy is a research associate at the Forum for Regional Thinking and a teaching assistant at the interdisciplinary center in Herzliya and Netanya Academic College, in the fields of international law and conflict resolution. Her main research interests are ethnic conflicts, reconciliation processes and peacebuilding and transitional justice.
Her doctoral thesis focused on analysis of post conflict-governments and civil society during political reconciliation process in deeply divided societies. While studying abroad, she also worked as a policy analyst in an organisation which analyses regional developments in the Middle East and Israel’s foreign policy.
