לימור יהודה

ד"ר לימור יהודה היא חוקרת של תהליכי שלום וצדק מעברי במקומות של סכסוכים אתנו-לאומיים, עמיתת מחקר במכון טרומן למען קידום השלום באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, ובמרכז מינרבה לשלטון החוק במצבי קיצון באוניברסיטת חיפה, ומרצה בפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטה העברית. במחקרה הנוכחי לימור בוחנת את האפשרויות ליצירת התנאים לשלום מבוסס שותפות במקרה הישראלי/פלסטיני. ספרה שוויון קולקטיבי — דמוקרטיה וזכויות אדם בסכסוכים אתנו-לאומיים (2023) התפרסם בהוצאת קיימברידג. בעבר שימשה כעוזרת משפטית בבית המשפט העליון, וכמנהלת המחלקה לזכויות אדם בשטחים הכבושים באגודה לזכויות האזרח בישראל. נוסף על פעילותה האקדמית, לימור היא מהמייסדים של תנועת ארץ לכולם (שתי מדינות, מולדת אחת).

Limor Yehuda is a researcher of peace and transitional justice processes in places of ethno-national conflicts, a post-doctoral fellow at the Truman Institute for the Advancement of Peace at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and at the Minerva Center for the Rule of Law Under Extreme Conditions at the University of Haifa. She is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University. In her current research, Limor explores the possibilities for advancing the conditions for a partnership-based Israeli/Palestinian peace. Her book, "Collective Equality: Democracy and Human Rights in Ethno-National Conflicts," (2023) was published by Cambridge University Press. Previously, Limor served as a legal assistant at Israel's Supreme Court and later as the director of the department for human rights in the Occupied Territories at the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI). In addition to her academic work, Limor is a founding member of A Land for All ("Two States, One Homeland").
